•    I HAVE A BABY, CAN I ASK FOR A CRADLE?
On request, cradles are available at no additional cost.  Please make us aware of this as you make your booking.
•    ARE THE ROOMS EQUIPPED WITH LINES?
Yes, you will find sheets, blankets and towels in the bathroom.
•    IS THERE A LIFT?
No, the palace’s Renaissance feel must be preserved so there is no lift.
•    CAN I GET TO THE APARTMENT BY CAR?
In the city centre of Florence (ZTL) access is limited for cars. However you are allowed to get through the ZTL on your arrival and at your departure when you can stand in front of the bed and breakfast in order to leave or to take your luggage and we will regulate your transit. •    IS THERE PARKING CLOSE TO THE APARTMENT?
Yes, you have two choices: leave your car in the blue lines of Firenze Parcheggi or leave your car at Tiratorio Parking. Know more on

The sockets are continental with two pins of 220/240 V
•    IS THE TAP WATER DRINKABLE?
Sure!  It can be drank without healthy risks.
•    ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED?
Small animals are permitted, on request. We encourage our hosts to take all the precautions in order to respect the environment and the neighborhood.
•    IS THE CITY TAX INCLUDED IN THE CHARGE?
No, it is not included and it is necessary to pay it by cash on arrival
•    HOW CAN I REACH THE B&B?
There are several options detailed in this document.
•    IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED?
Yes, in your room you will find everything needed to prepare an Italian breakfast.
•    WHAT TIME IS THE BREAKFAST?
There is not a time for breakfast, you can prepare it when you desire.
•    THERE IS WI-FI?
Sure, we will give you the username and the password on arrival.
•    CAN I CANCELLATE MY BOOKING?
It depends:
Cancellation over 15 days before the date of the arrival incurs no penalty.
Cancellation between 7 and 15 days before the date of arrival incurs a penalty of 50% of the total charge.
Cancellation between 7 and 2 days before the date of arrival incurs a penalty of 70% of the total charge.
If you cancel 2 days before, or less, there is a penalty of 100% of the charge. After your arrival we do not accept cancellations so if you want leave before or arrive after you must pay for all the nights you initially booked.
•    WHAT TIME IS THE CHECK IN?
Check in is every day with reservation from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm. After 1.30 pm until 11 pm it is possible to do the check in with reservation. You are invited to communicate your expected time of arrival at least one day prior.
