4 rooms in the heart of Florence

Our bed & breakfast is comprised of four rooms. All are warm, comfortable and of different sizes to suits the varying needs of guests. Naturally, all of have the typical Tuscan style of the palace which hosts us.

All rooms are equipped with the essentials: bathroom with shower (all ensuite), hairdryer, flat-screen TV, safe, heat, air conditioning, fridge, kettle, sheets for the bed and towels for the bathroom, WI-FI, and a welcome kit with shampoo and soap.

In the common area you will find a coffee machine for espresso and a microwave oven. Our philosophy is to give our guests freedom. As you arrive we will give you the keys for your room and for the principal door allowing you to be independent and to come and go as you please.

HELPFUL INFORMATION:
•    Check in is every day with reservation from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm. After 1.30 the check is only with keycode, it will be send you by email after booking confirmation. You are invited to communicate your expected time of arrival at least one day prior.
•    The city tax is not included in the cost and must be paid in cash on arrival. The cost is 4.00 euros per person per night.
•    Cancellation policy:
Cancellation over 7 days before the date of the arrival incurs no penalty.
Cancellation between 6 and 5 days before the date of arrival incurs a penalty of 50% of the total charge.
Cancellation between 4 and 2 days before the date of arrival incurs a penalty of 70% of the total charge.
If you cancel 2 days before, or less, there is a penalty of 100% of the charge. After your arrival we do not accept cancellations so if you want leave before or arrive after you must pay for all the nights you initially booked.

BREAKFAST:
In your room you will find everything necessary to prepare an Italian breakfast each morning; croissants, melba toast, biscuits, jam, chocolate, tea, soluble coffee or coffee pod to use at the coffee machine for espresso coffee.

The fridge is available for your use to keep any food you might purchase fresh and tasty and we also have the kettle and microwave oven that may be used for the preparation of food and drinks.
